The evening, we invite the community to join in a celebration honoring the promise winter solistice offers~ coming into the Light; the light of a new season, the light that we are, the light of the Universe that infuses this time and space. Please join us for this very speical gathering as facilitated by Jen Deraspe and Ben Carroll of InnerSelfSustained. 

The evening will provide multiple opportunities to come back to your True Nature, a light hearted, peaceful and enlivened Self. 

6-7 pm Mindful Hatha~Qi Gong Yoga with Jen Deraspe
7-8 pm Crystal Bowl Sound Healing with Ben Carroll
8-9 pm Wood-Fired Sauna Ceremony with intention, joyful sound & invocation
