Guided Sound Journey and Shamanic Movement with Ben Carroll and Pia Louise Capaldi

In this collaborative workshop guided by Ben Carroll and Pia Louise Capaldi, we will explore the connection between the spirit of deep meditative sound and the energy of physical movement to build inner and outer awareness of your higher self. We will utilize the sounds of singing bowls, voice, solfeggio tubes, and various other sound tools to journey deep within ourselves with the intention of reconnecting to our higher self, locating that energy within the physical body and radiating it out through movement.

Through this workshop you will learn to strengthening your own intuition and inner knowing, as well as become aware of the energy and vibration we carry and send out in our own bodies. This experience will leave you feeling relaxed, aware, connected and inspired by your own connection to sound, physical expression and spirit.

We will start the evening with a brief introduction to Shamanic Movement and some simple group toning to activate our group energy and then move into the experience of the journey for approximately 1 hour. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows for gentle movement and bring something that you will be comfortable lying down on for an extended time: as in a yoga mat, blankets, cushions, pillows... You'll want to be nice and relaxed for this sonic experience.
